In order to obtain a permanent Delivery Agent role with Canada Post, all employees must begin their career as an on-call employee. Canada Post has an established track record of promoting from within, after establishing yourself as an on-call Delivery Agent, employees will be given the opportunity to grow within the organization and obtain a permanent position.
