At Canada Post, we offer a variety of work arrangements to meet the needs of our employees and their roles. Whether you prefer working onsite or a mix of onsite and hybrid, your setup will depend on your position and team. Some roles require being in the office for hands-on collaboration and learning, while others allow for greater flexibility.

We are committed to providing an inclusive workplace and ensuring employees have the support they need to succeed. We offer accommodations as part of our duty to accommodate process, which applies to all current employees, including part-time, casual, term, and indeterminate staff, as well as applicants during the recruitment process.

All qualified candidates will be considered, but preference will be given to Indigenous people (First Nations, Métis or Inuit) or persons with a disability. This is part of an employment equity initiative, and if you belong to one of these groups, you must self-identify to receive preferential consideration.
